OLIVE TREE
Few words...
“Olive tree”:
the Optimum Life Inside Vibrant Emeralds
… a holy power, a symbol of life, hope, peace, honor and prosperity…
I wanted to escape from reality: green olives (emeralds) surrounded
by the bright blue color of the sky, of the sea, of Greece itself!
It is a personal journey to the skies, to set the mind and soul
free and pure.
Each single olive tree stands for a long undiscovered history
of the past, carrying the light and spirit of Greece to the present
life of people.
So many thoughts: a symbol or an idea? New as inspiration or
as old as earth? Current stream or enduring value? Perishable
or eternal?
No single answer…the viewer is welcome to interpreter this
tree in his/her own way.
In some pictures my aim was to stimulate the feeling of tranquility
in the sky; while in some other, I tried to depict the earth,
the natural environment we live in.
I don’t know if I’ ve managed to give you the “right” impression
of this trip but I think it was worth trying for….
