"TEARS OF THE DREAM"

"The project “tears of the dream” began as a music total of 16 musical pieces of musician and composer socos. It is a blend of classic, rock and contemporary psychedelic with the electric guitar as the main source.

The photographic project “tears of the dream” was based entirely on the musical project, claiming the idea for a new form of communication in the roles which link image and sound.
Until now I considered the existing case where the image comes prior to the sound, and therefore the sound comes to give emphasis to its character.
Another reversal perspective is where the image follows the sound in order to attire it and represent the musical site perhaps more legible. In both relations the dynamic existence of the element alternates to the other.
I represented myself the photographic point, asking to equalize the above following since the musical project had already been completed and come prior. Assimilating I started search for each musical piece its own exclusive photographic image with the intention of autonomy basis and equality of value in existence to their correspondence, in order for them to be able to be studied independently or together as one indivisible cause.

A dvd video film is also included, which socos directed and montage with following live music from “the live project band”. The issue asked for this project exists where the video image come to be the musics loyal companion, represented and followed by the live music performance of the band."
