Ioanna was born on October 8, 1983, which her mother told her was a Saturday evening. She grew up in Athens, and many, many Saturdays later (1996) she moved to London, where she currently resides. She went to Greek School for the first two years, then studied Art & Design in Barnet College (North London) for four years (1998 – 2002), along with Interior Design and how to make guys respect her on the basketball court. One of her tutors at college insisted she did a photography A-Level too, but she resisted and studied Greek Literature elsewhere (hoping to bring her home country closer to her). She then went on to study Architecture with Interior Design at the University of Westminster (2002 – 2005), which was an interesting choice, but she will not be doing this again, she said. She graduated last June and is currently juggling many different tasks, which gives her great satisfaction.

She has worked in areas ranging from busy London superstores to beautiful summer camps taking care of children and exercising her motherly instinct. She enjoys sports and appreciates (at least) anything expressed with some sort of style and character.

She is also red, yellow and orange.
